Dr Ahsen Khan

Dr Ahsen Khan completed his dental training at James Cook University in Queensland, graduating with Class I Honours. His academic excellence was recognised when he received the Queensland Periodontology Medallion for outstanding research in gum health. Dr Khan has delivered care across several states and now works as a FIFO dentist in Broken Hill, where he has formed a strong connection to the community. Having experienced dental anxiety himself, Dr Khan brings a calm, empathetic approach to patient care making dental visits more comfortable for those who are nervous or uncertain. His clinical interests include restorative, cosmetic and surgical treatments. He also holds postgraduate qualifications in both orthodontics and dental implantology. Dr Khan is also a published author in dental journals and maintains an ongoing commitment to evidence-based care and professional development.
